If you are a service provider and want to sell your own SMM services, our platform gives you several ways to to do it. Each option has its own specifics, so you can choose the one that best fits your workflow.
Integration options for providers
Before you start selling your services, you need to decide how you will deliver and manage orders. The platform offers several ways to integrate your system with the panel, each with its own level of automation, control, and technical requirements.
Choosing the right option depends on your workflow, order volume, and whether you want full automation or prefer to handle orders manually. Below is an overview of the main integration methods available to service providers.
Option 1: Use the Admin API
If you want full control and the highest accuracy in order processing, the Admin API is the best option. It lets your system take manual orders from the panel, process them, and send status updates back to the panel.
With the Admin API, you can:
- Connect your panel to your own software to automatically send and manage orders
- Update order statuses your way, on your schedule, via the connected system
- Cancel, complete, or check orders automatically using your system’s logic
- Customize the entire workflow to match your system
This option is suitable if you already have your own software for order fulfillment, need more precision, or work with large order volumes. To get started, generate an Admin API key in Panels > Ellipsis menu (…) > Admin API v2. You can check all available methods in the documentation.
Option 2: Get integrated as an external provider
If you have your own API or plan to build one, you can integrate it just like an external provider and connect it to your panel.
How it works:
- If you don’t have an API yet, you can create methods similar to our API documentation.
- Provide your API URL, documentation, and a test key.
- Once integrated, your API becomes available for adding as a provider in the panel.
From there, you can work with it like any other external provider: import your services into the panel, and if there are orders, the system will automatically send them to your provider. The system will also periodically send requests to your provider’s API to check the current order status and update it automatically in the panel.
This option is suitable if you want automation and already have your own API for order processing.
Option 3: Manage services manually
Manual services stay inside your panel and don’t rely on any API. All order processing is done manually.
This is a good choice for:
- Unique or complex services
- Small workloads
- Situations where automation isn’t necessary
This option is only suitable for panels with a small number of orders, when you want to manage every step yourself and don’t mind a slower, fully manual workflow.
How to sell your services effectively
Selling your services isn’t just about integration. How you present, price, and manage your services also has a big impact on results.
Add your services to the panel
After choosing how you want to deliver orders, add your services on the Services page. Make sure each service has a clear title and description, so clients understand what they are buying.
Find the right pricing strategy
Pricing affects sales as much as service quality. Start by calculating your service cost — that is, how much it actually costs you to fulfill the service — then set a rate that covers this cost plus your profit.
Check the pricing of similar services to stay competitive. If your service cost changes for any reason, update your rate accordingly so you always maintain a positive profit.
Use analytics to improve sales
Use built-in reports to see which services get the most orders, spot low-performing ones, and refine your pricing based on demand. This data-driven approach helps you make informed decisions and strengthen your service offering over time.
Selling your own SMM services successfully is a combination of smart integration, clear service presentation, and data-driven management.
Start with the method that fits your current setup, experiment, and gradually optimize your panel for both efficiency and growth. The platform is flexible—it can grow with your business, helping you scale your services and meet the needs of your clients.
